CODE of CONDUCT
-
The coordinator or the second person of the contact list of each institution has to travel.
-
The language of communication is English.
-
When travelling to a country, it’s compulsory to attend all meetings, workshops, and visits.
-
People won’t receive the certificate of attendance unless they don’t participate in all the activities (except unforeseen circumstances)
-
The host country will write the minutes of all the meetings.
-
Each institution will have a leader and a co-leader (two contact people).
-
Deadlines are deadlines and have to be respected.
-
There will be a maximum of 3 mobilities per transnational meeting.
-
People traveling should be involved in the project.
-
The coordinator of the host institution should be present in most of the meetings when the meeting is organized in his/ her country.
-
The host institution has to write at least three documents: the programme, the minutes of the meetings, and the evaluation sheet adapted to the meeting and the visits.
-
After every visit the partners will assess the visit and the role of the host institution.
-
Just during the COVID period, we’ll be more flexible with the arrival day and departure day (flights can be cancelled the previous travelling days and weeks)
-
Every institution has to implement all the activities that are written in the application form.
-
Every institution has to participate in the blended mobility with the targeted learners (in our case the migrants)
